You receive 2 hours of coaching plus a bonus 30 minute follow up session.

During our first 2 hour session you will:

1. Create a clear roadmap and project plan around your area of choice (work, relationships, personal, etc.). Get specific on a goal plus the step by steps on how to achieve it.
2. Get coached to move you past any fears or concerns that could get in the way of taking action on your plan.

By the end of the session, you will be crystal clear on:

-your end goal/objective

-your timeline

-your action steps

-identifying your resources such as the people, places, and things that will support you

If you don’t have a specific goal or you are unsure about what to work on, no worries! We will talk about it in the first part of the session. We will go over any challenges that you might be facing, and I will coach you so that nothing gets in the way of you accomplishing your desired outcomes.

So bring your big ideas. Take at least 10 minutes before the session to write them down and anything that you want to share.

PLEASE block off your calendar and turn off your phone and texts during this session so you can get the maximum value of our time together.
